1. Botanical Craft & Formulation Integrity

All Nachiyar products—including our signature Herbal Hair Oil and Hibiscus Scalp Cleanser—are prepared in small artisanal batches in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, adhering strictly to authentic classical Ayurvedic cold-pressing methods using 18 certified herbs and seed oils.

Because our products are crafted without synthetic colorants, chemical dyes, or artificial stabilizers, subtle seasonal natural variations in aroma and color may occur between harvest batches. These natural variations do not impact formulation efficacy or potency.

2. Usage Recommendations & Patch Test Advisory

Our formulations are designed for external topical scalp and hair care. As with all genuine botanical remedies, we recommend performing a small 24-hour patch test on your inner arm or behind the ear before first-time full scalp application, particularly for individuals with specific plant allergies.

3. Pricing, GST Invoicing & Orders

All product prices displayed on the storefront are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and are fully inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Official GST-compliant computer-generated Tax Invoices are provided with every order and available for digital download in your patron account.

4. Promotional Privileges & Coupon Codes

Promotional coupon codes (such as FESTIVE10, ROYAL15) are valid for a single application per customer checkout order during their active promotional window. Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with wholesale pricing agreements.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Nachiyar brand name, royal crest logo, botanical packaging artwork, formulation descriptions, and proprietary apothecary designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Nachiyar Herbals & Cosmetics. Unauthorized commercial replication is prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising in connection with orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
